Oh, dear friends -- this is the post to top all other posts.
This is the fun that out-funs all other fun.
Because our MN State Fair is greater than all other fairs!!!
I have gone the Mn State Fair every year since I was born. For our family, it's second only to Christmas...until my grandma passed away a few years ago, our whole family went, aunts/uncles/cousins...the works! Now my mom, my sister, my man, and I are keeping up the tradition :) We get there at 7 in the morning and we don't leave til 10 at night. We have places we always visit, shows we always see, and food we always eat. We're so Fair crazy, we bring a baby stroller so we can push around the freebies we win and the water bottles/food we bring with to save a little moolah. There's nothing more exhilarating and fun that wandering around the fairgrounds with thousands of people and enjoying good food, sunshine, and family time. It's the highlight of the summer!
